Double booking is structurally impossible
The database enforces it, not good intentions. Two stays cannot hold the same room on the same night, however hard a bug might try.
We say honestly what works
iCal sync narrows the double-booking window; it does not close it — and we print that in plain sight instead of promising miracles in fine print.
Your data is encrypted and backed up
Portal credentials are encrypted in the database, and backups run nightly and are regularly proven by a real restore.

Questions
- Do I need my own domain?
- No. Your site goes live immediately at an address in our domain. Connect your own (yourvilla.com) whenever you like — we help with DNS.
- Can I sync with Booking.com and Airbnb?
- Yes, two ways. The Website plan syncs via iCal: blocked dates flow both ways, but without guest details and with a 1–4 hour refresh. Plans with Channels get full two-way API sync — rates, availability and bookings with guest details reach AptHub in real time.
- Can guests pay online?
- Not yet — a booking request holds the room and you settle payment as you do today. Przelewy24 payments (cards, BLIK) are built and awaiting launch.
- Does the site speak English and Polish?
- Yes. Write in your language, add translations beside the original — guests switch with one click, and anything untranslated shows the original.
- What happens after the trial?
- Nothing bad. Your data and website stay; you pick a plan to keep taking bookings.
