Terms of Service
Last updated: 27 August 2026
§1. Who we are, who this is for
The AptHub service at apthub.pl and apthub.eu (the Service) is operated by Geomarine Global Patryk Zajdel, ul. Szkolna 26, 38-430 Miejsce Piastowe, Poland, VAT ID (NIP) 6842640364, e-mail kontakt@apthub.pl (the Provider). The Service is offered exclusively to businesses (B2B) that rent out places to stay. Guests booking a stay contract with the property, never with the Provider.
§2. Public beta
The Service is in an active development phase (beta): modules evolve continuously, may work partially, and features labelled "soon" are not yet available. The Service is provided "as is", without a guarantee of uninterrupted availability; we fix faults promptly and schedule maintenance at night where possible. By creating an account you acknowledge this stage of the product.
§3. Trial, plans and prices
We activate every account personally within 24 hours of registration. The trial period lasts 7 days from account activation and covers the FULL feature set. Afterwards, taking new bookings requires a paid plan (net prices; VAT is added): Website — €19/mo (4 units included, then €2/mo per unit), Website + Channels — €39/mo plus €5/mo per unit (up to 4 connected portals included; each further portal €0.70/mo per unit), All of AptHub — €59/mo plus €5/mo per unit. Yearly prepayment means paying for 10 months (2 months free): €15 / €32 + €4 per unit / €49 + €4 per unit, monthly equivalent. Launch offer: the first 20 customers activating a paid plan receive 50% off all subscription fees for 12 months from activation (order of activation decides; not combinable with other promotions). Customers invoiced in Poland are billed the PLN prices stated in the Polish Regulamin (69 / 129 + 19 per unit / 199 + 19 per unit, PLN net). VAT: for EU customers presenting a VAT number valid in VIES, the reverse-charge mechanism applies (0% VAT, the buyer accounts for VAT in their country); for customers established outside the EU the service is not subject to Polish VAT; otherwise Polish VAT (currently 23%) is added. The VAT number is verified against VIES at checkout and may be re-verified before each invoice. We never take a commission on your bookings. Price changes never affect a prepaid period and are announced 30 days ahead.
§4. Payments
Subscription fees are paid in advance by transfer or via Przelewy24 (PayPro S.A., Poznań). Guest payments for stays go directly to you — to your own Przelewy24 merchant account or other channels you accept; the Provider never holds guest money and is not a party to those transactions.
§5. Term and termination
Monthly plans renew monthly and can be cancelled at any time effective at the end of the paid period. Yearly plans run for 12 months; fees for a started, prepaid period are non-refundable except as required by mandatory law. After termination your website is unpublished and you may request an export of your data within 30 days.
§6. Complaints
Complaints go to kontakt@apthub.pl and are answered within 14 days. Justified complaints are resolved by fixing the fault, extending the paid period, or refunding proportionally for downtime caused by the Provider.
§7. Withdrawal
Statutory 14-day withdrawal applies only to sole traders for whom the contract is not of a professional character (Polish consumer-rights rules). As the trial period is free, a withdrawal in that window costs nothing; where paid service started early at your request, a proportional fee applies. Refunds are made within 14 days via the original payment channel.
§8. Liability
The Provider is liable only for damage caused intentionally or by gross negligence. Liability for lost profits is excluded, and the total liability from all causes is capped at the subscription fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event (the cap does not apply to intentional fault). Statutory warranty for defects towards businesses is excluded. The Provider is not liable for third-party services (Przelewy24, booking portals, domains, e-mail), for data you enter incorrectly, for contracts between you and your guests, or for force majeure.
§9. Final provisions
Personal data are processed as described in the Privacy Policy, which also serves as the data-processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR). Polish law governs; disputes go to the court competent for the Provider's seat, subject to mandatory rules. These terms are a translation of the Polish Regulamin; in case of divergence the Polish text prevails. Effective 27 August 2026.
